I just can't take Taylor Marshall seriously

This is cute .  A lot of people have noticed how inconstant Dr. Taylor Marshall is and they have been taking notes for years.  He managed to emerge pretty much unscathed from his presidential "run" embarrassment but I think  he's made one too many of his mercurial position changes this time.
