Last night we went to the Franciscan Monastery in DC for the Burial of Jesus service. We've been going for years and I am always struck by how amazing the Church is. I knelt on the floor with Indians, Africans, Arabs, American blacks people and white people. We were all Catholic and had all come to worship.
When we got home we had a treat. On EWTN they showed Archbishop Fulton Sheen's last Good Friday sermon. It was incredible. Later we saw Fr. Corapi giving a Lenten retreat.
