O God the Giver of all good and perfect gifts, let us who seek refuge with Mary obtain in all our wants, troubles and affairs, good counsel, help and assistance for the sake of Jesus Christ your Son. Amen.

Hi Lola, it's actually a photomechanical print from the
1890s. The artist is identified as being an employee of Photoglob Z├╝rich, and versions have been reprinted by Detroit Publishing. The original is in the Library of Congress Photochrom print collection.
